Noor Dubai The Noor Dubai Foundation has comprehensive programs operating globally. Since its inception in 2008, Noor Dubai has worked in over 10 countries across Asia and Africa reaching out to over 5 million individuals.
Our programs reach patients, health care professionals, and volunteers to help treat and prevent blindness and alleviate its burdens in order to improve the quality of life for the entire community. Noor Dubai works to improve people’s lives for a better chance and a better future.
